ARE YOU READY FOR YOUR PROMISED LAND?

Hi Guys

Are you ready for your “Promised Land”, the destiny that God has for you? Does your heart begin to race with anticipation when your destiny is discussed?

Or, has your enthusiasm waned over time and as you engage with the realities of life you answer a question around your destiny with a “well I hope so”

Do you still believe that God has a designed purpose for you, a significant one or are you just hoping so?

Men, we cannot just “hope so”, we must be convinced of it!

Anything less and we will be guilty of the same outlook the 10 spies had when they brought back an unconvincing report to Moses. Just “hoping so” leaves you uncommitted, with chance and circumstances directing your life. Your destiny/Promised Land becomes unrecognizable! A giant is seen as a closed door and the opportunity God has to promote you and take His system of living to the world through you is lost.

God is looking for a new breed of man that He can use to advance His kingdom. A man who on the surface looks to be risking everything for the kingdom but in truth is a warrior for the dream God has placed in his heart. He is no longer a slave to circumstances, chance, fear and unbelief.

God needs us to be convinced that the gifts and abilities He has given us, the dreams and desires that capture our hearts will navigate us through the wilderness to the Promised Land He has for us.

There is a gap that exists between where we are now as men and where God needs us to be. We need to co-operate with the Holy Spirit, allowing Him to transform us from men who are slaves to our circumstances into warriors ready to conquer our promised land? It all starts with choosing the right “story” to be a part of. Will it be God’s story as determined by His word or the story we busy writing through chance? We have to choose!!

Join us at Men of Valour this quarter as we investigate this journey of transformation, to become the breed of man God needs to advance His kingdom. We meet on Saturday mornings at 06:00 until 07:45 at the following venues:
